Welcome to YourGermanTeacher. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our digital courses and materials.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Use of Content

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, and interactive content, are the intellectual property of YourGermanTeacher Co. Ltd. (Taiwan). Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to access the content for educational purposes. You may not share, resell, or redistribute these materials.

3. Refund Policy

All our courses are digital products delivered via Kajabi. Because you receive immediate access to the intellectual property and downloadable materials upon purchase, all sales are generally final.

Access vs. Refunds:
By completing your purchase, you agree that the provision of digital content begins immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal/refund.

Exceptional Cases:
As Paddle is our Merchant of Record, they handle the final financial processing. Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

• There is a proven technical defect that prevents you from accessing the content.

• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Taipei.
